Should these be deleted or should they stay in and be reconciled? I'm specifically referring to credit card payments.

@alisoncat,
If the transactions that are personal were included in your business account, I would keep and categorize as owner draw/contribution. Whichever applies. By deleting them you would create missing pieces that would reconcile the balance back to a statement.
