printing invoice leaves web address at bottom of page

When i print invoices on the bottom of the page it leaves a web address ( https etc ) then it prints on the back side more unwanted info. i cant find a setting to remove this.

When the print dialog comes up, de-select the checkbox "Headers and footers." I had this issue at first too. Also, mine was very basic with no color or images until I realized I had to select the checkbox "Background graphics" to turn that on. I'm not sure why it doesn't default this way.
