"Sales -> Products and Services" screen missing on "Personal" company

Where is the "Sales -> Products and Services" screen referred to by the balloon in the attached screenshot? There appears to be no way to edit product codes on the "Personal" account once they have been created. All other invoicing functionality seems to be accessible except for that one important screen.

On a related note, I have no way to control which GL Account is used for each new category (Item) that I add to an invoice. Right now the system simply uses the first Income account in the Chart of Accounts for each Product Category that is created and there is no way to change it.
