reinstate employee

We clicked to reinstate the employee however he is still listed as 'dismissed' status. It has been a few days since we attempted to reinstate this employee. Under Employment Status, we see the option to Cancel Reinstatement. Seems to indicate that the reinstatement is pending.. https://i.imgur.com/SHxPVA6.png

Emailed support a few days ago but no response from Wave yet. We need to run payroll.

    I too am having this problem. How long does it take for the reinstatement to revert to active? Please advise ASAP.
