Bills showing paid that are not

I have entered bills into Wave. There is one transaction on Dec 6 to pay these bills. The transaction on the 6th is not applied to any of the bills, however the bills are showing as paid. If I apply the Dec 6 to the bills , then the system is showing that the bills have been paid twice. Looking at the bill, they are showing that they were paid Dec 6 however there is only 1 transaction on this date that has not been applied. Also, if you look at aged payable, these bills are showing as unpaid. Anybody else run into this glitch and have a solution?
