Bills can't be edited and no transactions shows inside

I have an issue with Bills. 2 abnormal behavior found today.
1- I can't modify any existing bill. there is no error, but when editing an existing bill the save button is not saving and no response.
2- I can't see what has been paid from that bill. in the past when I open a bill, I found info about total amount, paid amount, and remaining amount along with a detailed installments based on that invoice.
Today I can only see total amount.
Is there a system enhancement, bug, or some new features added that prevent that change and make those info disappear
