I would like to move items on a quote or invoice? Example, Move line item 3 to line 5?

I would like to be able to move items, or add a row, like in Excel. Sometimes, often times, clients add things to orders and it would be great to add like items to areas of the estimate that make sense together, instead of adding the new item at the bottom. I am thinking about this being similar to adding a row in Excel or Google docs. Without having to erase the current line item. Thanks.
