Cannot upload CSV

Hello all,

Is anyone else currently experiencing issues uploading a CSV to the site from the upload a bank statement feature? I was able to do so yesterday morning, 2/7. But later that night, I've since been unable to and always redirected to a site under maintenance page even though sitewide status is all operational. I've tried other browsers and clearing the cache thinking it could be from my end but still no luck.

Is the site truly under maintenance even until this morning?
