I am not receiving the Verification Email

Please help! I have been using Wave for many years and a little while ago I saw my primary email was unverified. I am certain I verified it as copies of my invoices were being sent to me. Now they are not being sent and I just had to change my primary address to continue sending invoices.

I have clicked on "send verification email" approximately 50 thousand times (potential exaggeration) and have tried to become best friends with the Bot to find out why I can't receive a verification email. This has been over several months, so I have definitely waited for the emails to come through.

I am using an @outlook.com account.

If anyone could help, I would be extremely grateful.
