Need help with generating T4

I'm trying to generate the T4 for my business but running into issues.
For one I don't have anyone on my payroll, the business is a general partnership between my wife and I. We haven't withdrawn more then a hundred dollars in the year on personal stuff. We have continually reinvested the profits back into the business. For 2021 our gross revenue was just under 50k. Its a small event decoration company.
Waves tax form is asking for employees on the payroll and if they are paid hourly, salary and so forth. But neither of us have been paid.
Also, business information is asking for CRA payroll account number, which we don't have.
Honestly all the transactions for our business have been either e-transfers from clients, purchases labelled as "decoration supplies" or a few times money ive invested into the business.
Can someone help me out please, I'm at a loss.
