Sign In Problem

Every time I try to sign in to generate invoices I get the response "Business Unknown". If I then reset my password I can sign in successfully. But then if I log off and try to sign in again I have the very same problem all over again

    Hi, @Jonathan.

    Are you still having this issue? If so, can you give me a screenshot of that error message? I'm not seeing any issues with your account on this end, but maybe we just need to dig deeper.

    Could you also try clearing your browser's cache?
