How do we get a human? - Waiting in chatbot hour 3...

Hello,

I have been using WAVE for years for bank payments. One of my clients suddenly has monthly payment delays. Not all my clients. One. His payments, almost always the same amount, went from posting in 2-5 days to now over 7. This is the third consecutive month. His bank didn't change. My bank didn't change. Only the processing time changed.

I have been "waiting" for a chat bot to connect me to a rep for hours multiple times now - in February and now in March.

My client processed his payment 2/26/22 and the system is saying I will have the money 3/9/22. The debit from his account was on 2/26.

12/20/21 Invoice - payment 12/30/21 - Deposited 1/11/22 - 7 business days
1/20/22 Invoice - payment 1/26/22 - Deposited 2/7/22 - 8 business days
2/21/22 Invoice - payment 2/26/22 - Still processing expected 3/9 - 9 business days

I need to speak with someone about this transaction. How do I get to a human?

I have used and been happy with WAVE for YEARS. Why has this changed?

    Going on 3 hours waiting for Wave help. Again. Day 2 of this.
