I can't disconnect my payment account

I'm getting an error when trying to archive a business.

Before you can archive this business, you must take the following actions.
Disconnect your Payments account
When you’re finished, reload this page to continue archiving this business.

There's no option to disconnect my payment account. I need to do this as the new account owner taking over this account I don't want to see my banking information.

Update: I see that this is a known issue **since 2019. **Any update on the bug fix? PLEASE
