Transaction import - previous transactions duplicated, no new ones downloaded

Hi, it's been about a year since I logged into my account, but I've decided to give Wave another try. I connected my bank accounts and had the transactions import automatically, but now all the transactions that were in my account before have been duplicated (up to March 2021) and no new ones have been added. And nothing new seems to be loading. What's going on here? I could use some help.
