Credit One Bank connection

Why is Credit One Bank listed as a institution you can connect to but when I try I get an error message that says can't connect to this institution. I tried twice. On the third attempt I got a message saying too many attempts, your account is now locked, reset your username and password with the institution. I reset my password but I can't change the username. I tried to connect Wave again and get the same error message. What am I supposed to do? Wave has become VERY frustrating lately.
