Cannot Edit Transaction Categories as of Today

This problem has only started happening today. I have tried to edit transaction categories on 3 different devices using Edge, FireFox and Chrome. The same problem occurs on all of them, the Transaction Category drop down isn't active. Only the date and description are directly editable. The Account drop-down almost works if the mouse is kept to the left-hand side. The Actions drop-down isn't active either. Anyone else having the same issue?

    I refreshed my browser(s) and the issue is now resolved.
