Customer starting balance shows credit that they shouldn't have

Ihave a customer who's statement shows they had a $2,040 credit as their starting balance. It should have been $0. I inherited this program from a former employee and there are no records in it prior to Jan 1. Is there a way to change that balance to $0 so that the customer knows he owes us?

Hi Virginia! If you can see that balance in Wave the transactions exist somewhere. This might be something were our Support Team could benefit from more information or screenshots from your account. Have you submitted a ticket?
