My cash on hand balance is way off. Cannot find where all the errors are. Can I delete all the transactions and upload the bank statements again or should I just open a new account?

You can do either, @daybell. Either select all of your transactions on the transactions page and delete all of them (there's a select all box on there) or close your account and re-create it. I don't think one would take more work than the other.
With that said, once you do work on cleaning everything up, I recommend you create new accounts for any bank accounts or credit cards, and keep Cash on Hand to only represent physical cash that belongs to your business.
