Automatic Tax Filings

I am trying to follow the steps in the "How to set up payroll tax payments and filings" help doc.

Step 4 says under Simplify your payroll "Locate Get automatic tax filings and payments", I do not have that anywhere on the page.

    I should have been more clear. I have the "Simplify your payroll" section, but do not have "Get automatic tax filings and payment."

    I understand my state is not one they can file, but I would still like to file the federal withholdings automaticaly.
