Loading Receipts via email not working

Hi there, for the past 3 days I have uploaded receipts via email but have not seen them in the receipts section. Can anyone please advise.

Hi, @RichardJ.
Some of our users were facing this issue in the last few days, but it now has been resolved. Your receipts should now go through. You don't have anything more to do, they'll come through on their own.
