Bank account didn’t connect

Hi,

My bank account didn’t connect so I received an email saying there was an issue being paid.

Does this mean my payments have bounced?

Do I get charged for this?

The connection said successful before I accepted any online payments.

    Hi, @Tia.

    From what I can tell, the account registered to receive payments was closed. Can you confirm that you have the right information set up on the settings page, under Payments?

    Did you just change your account on the Bank Connections page? This won't change your account for the purpose of receiving payments, it'll only upload transactions to the transactions page.
