customer with email @app.hubdoc.com not receiving invoices

Hi, I recently had to change a customer's email to a new one at @app.hubdoc.com, and since then they do NOT receive my invoices. How can I resolve this?

@paulacbraga, the invoices might be ending up in their spam folder. Happened to one of my clients. The support folks told me to have them add mailer@waveapps.com to their contact list and it fixed the problem.
