Refunding a customer

I am a new user.. when i try to refund my customer the payment option is not visible in the sales section.... can anyone please tell me what is wrong?

Hi, @Lubna_Lukman123.
The article on refunds you've found on the Help Center only applies to payments processed through Wave's payment processing system. This is not available in your country.
To enter the details of a refund on the Transactions page, simply create an expense transaction for the amount refunded and categorize it as "Refund for an invoice". Then, choose the appropriate invoice and you will be done.
