Transaction Notes

When I use Journal Entry I can Write Notes for every transactions entry, (Multiple Debit and Credit Entry), But When I Split the Income or Expense Entry I cannot write notes for every split entry, only one not is allowed, but it is sometime required to write notes on every entry, otherwise I I have to look for the vouchers every time I need any clarification

    Hi, @cetustone.

    Thank you for this suggestion! I understand how it would seem strange that this is a feature available for journal entries but not split transactions.

    I’m new here, buy I’m still being annoyed by the same thing is 2021. Looks like it’s been around awhile. A workaround I recently tried and liked was to do this in the one shared notes field:

    split 1 note / split 2 note / split 3 note.
