Error on adding another e-mail address

Hi there,

Anyone can help on the following error? Tried to look around but none of the e-mail was added to the system.

    Hi @Ferdaus.

    This email is attached to a Wave account. You might've created it by accident. Try accessing the account under that email (you might have to reset the password). Once you successfully do so, you'll be able to close that account by following the instructions here.

    After that, you'll be able to add this email to your actual account.

    Thanks a lot @Alexia! You are absolutely correct. I did created a wave account by using the above e-mail before. Now I have successfully added the e-mail by deleting the initial account as per your advise. ;)
