hello - anyone can help here? I receive for some drafts the following message: "Oops! There was an issue with approving your draft. Please try again" - and just for some . . .

    well - anyone knows if there is an e-mail address to contact wave???

    Hi, @gabrielsandru.

    When this happens, it's often because of a special character somewhere on your invoice. These characters are often invisible. This can happen if you've copy-pasted any information on your invoice draft, business information or client information from an Excel file (Excel is notorious for sprinkling these characters around).

    Can you try re-creating those drafts, but writing everything by hand?

    If that doesn't work, try clearing your browser's cache.

    As for your second question, Wave doesn't offer one-on-one support for all of our users. Since Wave is primarily free, we simply don't have the resources to offer personalized support to every one of our users throughout the world. If you're interested, you can read more about this here.
