Facelift Chart of Accounts not available?

This is not available even when I create a new business under my profile. Is this being rolled out to existing users eventually?

Or is this a bug?

    Hi, @eliteacchk.

    You'll have to create a new account entirely to get a taste of the new version of Wave. We are going to migrate all of our users over to the new version within the next 3 to 6 months, so it shouldn't be much longer. We just have to be careful throughout this process to protect the integrity of your data.

    Thanks. As long as I know it will be upgraded eventually, I think I can wait.
