Is it possible to create multiple users for 1 company?

    Hi, @Mbatata.

    Yes, you can absolutely add collaborators to one of your businesses. To do this click on "Settings" in the menu on the left, when you're logged in to Wave. On that page, find "Collaborators". You'll be able to add them from there.

    The collaborators you add will have to accept an invitation they'll receive by email and create their own password. Once they are set up, they'll see your business on their business list, when they click the button on the top left of their screen, when logged in to Wave.

    Hi Alexia..in QB multiple users could work on same time at same company file.but it never confused the instance numbers..like same Estiamte number for 2 different users..is it possible with Wave as well...can wework the same ...thanks

    There shouldn't be a problem there. Multiple users can work on a given business at the same time. If you run into a specific issue, let me know and I'll be happy to help out!
