Trouble adding an email address to my account

Hi there
I am trying to add an email address to my account. It will not let me do this as it says that this email address already exists as an account. When I try and log in with the second email address it will not let me log in. Can I delete the supposed second account so that I can use both email addresses in my one account? Please help!

Hi, @LiezelLieb.
You'll have to access that other account and delete it before you can add the email linked to it to Wave. If you don't have the password, click this here to get that password reset.
Once you are logged in to this account, click on the name of your business in the top-left corner and go to "Manage your profile". From there, go to "Personal Information". You'll find the option to close your account at the bottom of that page.
