Starting Balances function not available on new Chart of Accounts?

A client just opened a new Wave account and has assigned me as a Collaborator, so I can help setup the Chart of Accounts, but why is Starting Balances not available under their [new] Accounting function when it is available to companies under my own login?

I am still using the old Chart of Accounts.

    Oh, in the new version, those are just added in as journal entries on the transactions page. There's no dedicated "Starting Balances" page anymore. Also, journal entries are added directly from the transactions page too (that took me a hot minute to find >.> at first)
