Lost info!

Hi,

I have previously complained about my app that lost all my info. This was on my phone and ,  my tablet had very well kept on working. Now it seems it to has decided to delete all the info and this is very frusterating...is there a way to get the info back or to avoid this happening again??

Hi, @Liela.

Usually, when this happens, it's because you've accidentally created a second account under a different email and have been working under that one. Do you have any other email addresses you might have used to create your original account?
