"Bank connection" error and trouble to upload a CSV statement

Hi all,

I'm experiencing few problems setting up my account. Although these issues are already discussed elsewhere, I could not find a solution for my case.

1) First of all, after successfully carrying out bank connection for the newly created account, such connection disappeared after few days. When I try to re-establish the connection I get this error message.
['One or more of the required fields were left blank. Please re-enter your information.'],

I am shown a spinning circle which never stops.

The URL of the bank login page is the following:

https://www.bancosantander.es/es/particulares.

2) Secondly, I can't upload a CSV statement, not even when I use Wave CSV template. I tried several times following the troubleshooting suggestions and the instructions from this thread , but no solution so far.

I'd be really grateful if you could help, I already spent two entire days trying to solve these issue. Cheers!

    Hi Again, just to let you know that the first problem has been solved, it was probably due to some upgrade work going on in the Bank website.

    Still waiting to fix the CSV upload issue, I really tried everything I could do but no luck so far, any suggestion is very welcome!!

    Hi, @Fanlike.

    I'm happy to hear that you've solved your CSV upload issue!

    As for your bank connection, you seem to be right. It looks like the login page our data provider uses for your bank doesn't match the one your bank actually uses now. Our data provider will work on resolving this following their own priority order, but until they've done so, your best option is to continue uploading your statements as CSV files.
