Not receiving change password email

Hi, I am trying to reset my bosses password for him, however the email isn't getting sent to his inbox. I have checked his spam and junk mail and there is nothing in there. Can someone please help

Hi, @KatMack22.
I'm not seeing other emails attached to the business on your account. If it's a completely unrelated account, that email will always be sent to the primary email on the account. If there are more than one email accounts attached to that Wave account, that might explain what's happening.
The email might also be blocked by anti-spam software, depending on your email service provider. Adding mailer@waveapps.com to your contacts and whitelist should prevent those emails from being filtered out.
