Error message when updating or creating bills. asks me to try again later. it's been 1 week now.

    Hi, @Cecile1majed_.

    Can you share a screenshot of that bill? There might be something on the bill itself causing problems. Make sure to obfuscate and private information that appears on there.

    Have you tried clearing your browser's cache? It could also help.

    it's the bills section that isn't working properly as well. tried to send a screen shot but not sure it worked

    Hi, @Cecile1majed_.

    This looks like a browser issue to me. Could you try to clear your browser's cache, history and cookies, and then logging back into Wave?

    If you aren't using the most recent version of Chrome or Firefox, I also recommend trying one of those. They tend to be the most stable options with Wave.
