I like the way the emails look when sent through the Wave account. there is a couple of things that would make it better, but I think the most important one would be to be ability to customize the email that goes out to the client and to save the templates. This will allow each company to make the email more personal to their clients.

    When saving these templates, are you looking to save templates so they are unique for each customer or simply saving a template for use with all customers? What are some of the details you include to further personalize the emails?

    For me it would be one that i can use for all clients, that includes specific information from the invoice including client reference, etc. Also the ability for the people receiving the email to see if anyone was CC'd.
