Journal Transactions

Recently bought a new PC running Windows 10.
When imputing and saving Journal Transactions, everything is fine, but on opening up the same file to add more transactions, they are all muddled up and not in order!
Is their a way to solve this error?

    Hi, @LEEAWPET.

    I understand that it can be frustrating, but in the old version of Wave, lines on journal transactions get rearranged automatically in the order in which the accounts were created. Many lists in the old version of Wave are organized in creation order.

    The good news is that it's not the case for the new version. the lines of journal entries will appear as you enter them and stay that way. We're working on moving everyone over to the new version as fast as we can while ensuring the integrity of your data. We're expecting to be done in a few months (we're estimating three to six), so stay tuned. It'll be fixed for you once we move you over.

    Hi @LEEAWPET ! Based on the information you've provided, this is expected behaviour on the version of Wave that you are using. Once you are moved over to the new version, this will no longer be an issue. We can't provide a specific ETA, but you will receive an email a week before the change. If we can address any questions in the meantime, please don't hesitate to ask.
