Collaborator cannot view data

Hi, the collaborator to my account can log in but data shows all zero.

    Hi, @Frans.

    I took a look and I can't see a collaborator on your account. Did you add your collaborator through the Settings page? You just have to click on Settings in the menu on the left, and then on Collaborators. Once you add a new person, they'll be sent an email with further instructions.

    Once they've accepted, they can log into their Wave account and see your business. They'll just have to click "Personal" on the top left and choose the name of your business instead.

    Hi Alexia,
    The collaborator, my accountant, have been active on my account, but for some reason she informed me that all data shows zeros. I then deleted her profile and resent invites. Her latest invite is still pending, although she logged in. I have a suspicion that she might have created an account by error. How can we check to get around it?
    Hope you can assist.....
