I keep getting
Something isn't quite right. Please enter a correct email and password. Note that the password field is case sensitive.
I have reset the pw multiple times, this is unbeleivable and impactuing my business. Cant even open a support ticket without the ability to login???????

The above is for a different wave account, i cant login to create a support ticket so using this seperate account.
