Email crashed

Hi, my email has crashed and it takes more than a week from our service provider to get support, however, I have to access Wave all the time. I reset my password this morning, however the password does not work. I've clicked on the "forgot it" but obviously I wont be able to access the email as that mailbox is down.
Is there any other way for me to access that link sent to the crashed mailbox?
The address I have been working on for months now is info@parowautobody.co.za.
