    Hi, @devillierselectric.

Have you tried clearing your browser's cache? It often fixes issues like this one and it's worth trying. Temporary files can occasionally interact with Wave and interrupt one of its processes.

Let me know if that helps!

    Hi, @devillierselectric.

I was trying to replicate this on my end, and I found the issue! The quotation mark you use for inches in the estimate number field is causing this problem. It's essentially seen as code in the address line for the PDF download link, which won't accept open quotations. If there is a quotation mark, there has to be another one to close that quote.

Removing that quotation mark will solve the problem.
