Can you tell me what happens when you try? If there is an error message, could you tell us what it is?
You might want to try clearing your browser's cache. Sometimes, a temporary file on your browser can interact with Wave preventing some of its functions. Clearing the cache usually helps. If you're not using the most recent version of either Chrome or Firefox, I'd also recommend trying one of those. They tend to be the most stable options for Wave.
Finally, try disabling the extensions on your browser, if you're using any. Some extensions, especially ad blockers, can get in the way of Wave's various processes. Turning them off, refreshing the page and trying again might help out.
