Wave Not Accepting Payments

New to wave. First invoice went out, paid it via credit card on wave payments, money will take two days to hit account, I ship my products, wake up next day... they refunded the credit card holder, he disappeared and got thousands of dollars worth of product for free. Wave account management isn't responding to me at 72 hours. anyone have suggestions on how I can resolve this?
