If the owner of the account isn't the actual owner of the business, I would recommend creating a generic email named something like "accounting@[your domain name]" which could be easily passed to a new user if the last person in charge of this email leaves the business.

We have an article outlining the steps to take to do this here. This will have to be done from the owner's account. They'll have to choose an email that isn't already attached to a Wave account to act as the account's owner.
