Hi, @Jessedavidamos,
When you expand this contact on your contact list from your iPhone, can you confirm that the email is there? I'm asking because I know on my own phone, I have a few contacts that appear twice, once with only a phone number, and once with only an email address. If you're dealing with something similar, you'll have to make sure all that information is saved on your contact list first.
