Missing transaction categories, collaborator issues and missing past transactions

Had issues logging my collaborator on to bank. When we did get her logged on it downloaded transactions to personal instead of the business account. All of the transaction categories we had created are gone and I can't see any transactions past July 11, 2018. How do we fix this?

    Are you sure you added her as a collaborator and didn't just create a new account with the same name or something similar? Is she on your business? If she's set up right, she'll be on her personal page by default. She'll have to click on the button on the top-left and switch to your business to see it.
