Hi, @CMJ_Prous,
I took a look and saw that my own birthdate used YYYY-MM-DD as a format in my own account. If you haven't tried that, it could be worth trying.
If it's still not working, this might be an issue with a temporary file downloaded by your browser that's interrupting something in Wave. If that's the case, clearing your browser's cache and refreshing the page might help.
