Print invoices

I create invoices in Wave and save to a PDF file on my laptop.
I then open and attempt to print and they will not print.
All other PDF's I have saved print.

Hi @Everett , once you download your invoice in PDF format, you can right click them to print.

@speciality16 what's the issue you're having printing via PDF?

speciality 16 - I can create a pdf in wave and it will not open. Every other PDF that I receive or create otherwise can be printed. Seems to be a glitch in Wave.

Presently we don't seem to be experiencing a site wide issue with PDF downloads.

Would you mind trying a few browser related troubleshooting steps:

1. Be sure to use a secure browser like Chrome or Firefox
2. Clear your browsers cache and cookies and ry downloading a PDF again.
3. If you have any antivirus software, disable it (momentarily) or try to whitelist Waveapps.com

Let us know if this allows for you to download your PDF's and open them correctly.
