Hey @JAB. Assuming that you are referring to Tax Services as part of our Payroll product, we can setup your Payroll account so that we are not remitting/filing taxes on your behalf, however, you will still need to pay the full subscription fee since you are in a Tax Service state ($35.00 a month + $4.00 for each active employee). With that being said, Wave will still calculate the tax amounts due, as well as generate W2's and W3's, regardless of whether or not you are active on Tax Service -- we just won't make the payments/filings for you.
