    Hi @davjoin ! It's helpful if you can share a little bit more information in your post such as the version of the app and the device you're using.

    I'd recommend uninstalling and reinstalling the app as a first step. Please let us know if you continue to experience problems.

    Hi Charlotte, thank you for responding. It seemed to become unstuck after 20 minutes or so, not sure why.
