Client cannot submit payment

Hello, my client has been trying t pay online for several months now! How can I check to see if they even attempted to pay. And if they did, what kind of error would be keeping their payment form completing?

    Hey there,

    Normally, if a client is having trouble recording a payment, it either means that they have a browser issue that's preventing them from making the payment, or that there's a problem on the bank side of things (a temporary freeze being placed on an account for example). Browser issues can be addressed by clearing cache and cookies, and the bank issues can often be resolved with a quick phone call to the bank.
